All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr at a flat cost of £4.

We currently only offer U.K shipping via our website checkout.

If you require shipping outside of the U.K, please contact us using the below email address for options.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via email to Lauren@Amberstudio.uk. We are able to offer a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. If you contact us after the 14 days from the delivery date, unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund.

Items which wish to be returned must be in the original condition to qualify for a refund. Items must be unworn and unwashed with no damage or smell such as perfume or smoke. The item must also have the original packaging including tags. If the item is returned to us in any of the above conditions, a refund will not be possible and you will be informed of this via email. 

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to follow the refund returns procedure & order the new item separately via the website. 

If you request a refund via email, we will contact you to confirm the return address. 

Customers must pay for return shipping using a tracked delivery service, Amber Studio is not responsible for any returned items which do not arrive back to us so we strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

 Once the item has been sent back to us and received, it will be inspected. Once the inspection is complete, we will contact you via email to confirm the outcome of the inspection. if successful, we will proceed with the refund automatically to the original method of payment.

If you have not received your refund, please be patient. The time it takes to receive a refund depends on your bank. If you have still not received your refund after a reasonable amount of time, please contact us at Lauren@Amberstudio.uk.
